Shibumi AI turns up in a lot of places across your solution, and the feature names alone do not tell you much about what it actually does. This course answers that from a user's point of view. You will see where AI fits at each stage of the strategic initiative lifecycle, from defining outcomes through tracking benefit realization, and you will learn to tell the two forms apart. AI Automations are configured by an App Admin and run from a form, a table, or a board section, or on a schedule. The AI Agent works from the chat window, understands how your solution is built, and answers questions about your data.
Eight short video lessons carry you through it. The first five follow the lifecycle stage by stage, showing AI recommending strategic objectives against a KPI gap, drafting a business case from an attached document, writing status summaries before a monthly review, and answering questions in the chat window. The sixth lesson explains what happens underneath when an automation runs, and the seventh covers the part most people want to know about before they commit: what data leaves your solution, who controls access, and what the AI Agent can and cannot do on your behalf. The last lesson lays out the three phases Shibumi recommends for bringing AI into your own program. Allow about 12 minutes. Screen recordings use the Business Transformation app, so if your solution is set up differently, the field names will differ while the capabilities work the same way.
Setting any of this up sits outside this course. When you are ready to configure a capability rather than recognize one, the AI Automations and AI Agent courses pick up where this stops, and your Shibumi representative can arrange an Awareness demo for your team.
